Images of Vesterbro I
This lovely lady passed a scruffy looking wall. It's actually in one of the most fancy areas of Copenhagen. Once an old worn down middleclass labour area. Today it's inhabited by young parents mainly from the western part of the country, (You have to cross two brides to get from west to east) with expectations of fancy cafés and hip vintage stores. It has become like a 'Little Berlin', which I, in a sence, do like as I am very much in love with Berlin. (I'm gonna run my 4th marathon there in September) This area is also where the first immigrants with muslim backgrounds came to. I went to school with the 'second generation'. This lady is definately from the 'first generation'
Today I had a visit from Robert better known as Copenhage and Me. We had a Balcony-Beer in the sun. We talked about Roberts idea of having a large container for displaying photographs. He thought I might be interested in joining him. And he was right! I'm very intrigued, and I hope everything falls into place. Very exciting indeed!
