First hints of Autumn colour

Suddenly noticed the trees down the village starting to change.

New boiler in and working. Being a combination boiler it's nice to get hot water straight away. The only hot water we need over there is for clients washing their hands and heating a full tank for those occasions felt wasteful. Combi is a better solution.

Unfortunately the new programmer unit is not intuitive! Took me a while but think I've got it now.
