Exmouth

We left home just after 9 a.m. knowing the weather would deteriorate as the day went on and made good headway before we met rain around Bristol.  The motorway was busy but not as congested as northbound, which was at a standstill in several places.

Now in Exmouth and I’ve been out and braved the weather to take a few pictures.  Lots and lots of kite surfers in the estuary but it was too wet to get anything decent, so this is looking up the estuary.

Our friends have just arrived and definitely caught some of the bad weather, but they’re safely here.  Out to dinner later, so we’re going to get a soaking.
