Jupiter
Friday 30th September 2022
Not a very productive day in terms of what I had planned, .but I did manage to get some grant applications completed.
This evening I had a go at photographing Jupiter and its moons but had to wait until late evening for it to rise enough so I could see it above the buildings. This is two photos merged so I could expose better for Jupiter to get some of the recognisable banding but also capture the moons. Not bad considering it is currently 367 million miles away ... but apparently that's the closest it has been since 1963!
