A useful find!

A much better day weather wise. Busy morning, then I ran out of steam. As the girls didn’t get a walk yesterday due to the heavy rain, we went up to the park this afternoon. We found a supply of conkers on the way.  I had a friend, who is no longer with us I’m sorry to say, who swore by their ability to deter spiders. Supposedly an old wives tale. 

R and S are in Rome on holiday and keep sending us pictures on WhatsApp. We were there in 2005, still have the guide book and dozens of pictures on the computer, so have been doing some recapping on our escapades.
