Up early this morning for Fat Club I mean slimming at last a loss after a couple of weeks maintaining back home for breakfast before going to do the shopping a big shop today as I did a batch cook of some meals for the freezer for me and M to take for our lunches to work. M's friend A picked her up, this weekend they are in Cardiff today and then driving back to Coventry tomorrow for the ice-hockey so I have been on my own so I finished cooking, got the washing out (a lovely windy day perfect drying weather) then after lunch I did some school work to be continued tomorrow then had my tea and spent the evening on my lap- top feeling tired now so off up the wooden hills to Bedfordshire.
