Girls night in

Miserable weather outside....for all you ex-pats out there, you're not missing much !

Rubbish sleep last night, Mr S was snoring, I ended up in the living room sofa, but Pedro the Hamster was disco dancing in the dark and kept me awake until the birdies took over. You get nights like that.

Interview postponed until next week, so I spent the morning finishing 'Gone Girl' and making banana muffins. Afternoon was a litany of library trips.

This evening - myself and the big girls headed to a friends house. Teenagers were upstairs with whatever fizzy cans and crisps they could sneak up under our noses (at least it wasn't vodka - that time will no doubt come!).

We sat downstairs and put the world to rights.

So - if your ears were burning all evening - we were probably talking about you ! (we covered just about everything else).

Here are two lovely girls getting comfy on the couch for a deep and meaningful conversation. Sorry about the 'noise' and the blurry image- they only like soft focus !
