Day 6 Mayia Exclusive Resort, Kiotari, Rhodes

We went for a walk along the beach in the morning. It rained for about 5 minutes so we sheltered under a lovely tree with something growing up the trunk (see extra). We then continued our walk and got our bearings a bit for the location of the hotel. It's a lot closer to the hotel next door than we thought.
It rained quite heavily in the afternoon but we were still able to sunbathe before and afterwards. This is the first time we've ever had rain in Greece and it felt very strange.  The balcony got soaked as it has open beams; lovely in the sun but not great in the rain!
