Ferris' Wheel

The Cinco De Mayo festival is in high gear along the Willamette river in Portland. I never liked really fast carnival rides, the ferris wheel was more than fast enough for me. As you probably know, the original Ferris Wheel was designed and constructed by George Washington Gale Ferris, Jr. as a landmark for the 1893 World's Columbian Exposition in Chicago.
