The Long pond

A little late getting home since I had to get my oil changed after school. I stopped at the pond for a quick photo. The color is boosted a bit but not by much. It was just such a perfect fall day. Last night was definitely a killing freeze. We got down to 25F and I'm so glad I picked a bunch of flowers yesterday since the ones left are all gone.
It's always so interesting to see how we view the temperatures. Right now we are thinking how chilly it's getting. Late in the winter we will be excited when the nights get up into the 20s.
