Confucius

It was a day for Confucius. According to Wikipedia, Confucius (551-479 BC) was a Chinese teacher, editor, politician, and philosopher of the Spring and Autumn Period of Chinese history.

We spent the day on a tour through Confucius' hometown, QuFu. We saw the Confucius temple and the Cemetery of Confucius.

It always amazes me to see buildings, trees, and such which date back just not a few centuries, but millenniums.
