Rydal Water

Still suffering from shingles lack of energy, pains and itching .  Decided an evening swim in the cool water of Rydal Water would make me feel much better.  13.5 C , getting cooler.  A lovely gentle 200m in the cool water then off to the pub. This is not my dog. This is Corrie the mut who stands in the water and watches  while we swim. He's appeared in Blips before because he does like to paddle
