Such Fun

My car was in for a service today - and on the forecourt of the dealership was a Citroen Ami (see extra).  Of course I had to have a test drive.
You've never seen anything quite like it and technically, it’s not a car, it's a large electric quadricycle.

It's only a two seater (but there was plenty of room for me inside....).
The Ami’s electric motor produces just 8bhp and its top speed is restricted to 28mph. The official range is only up to 46 miles between charges but that's more than adequate for its intended use.
A brilliant concept and a fun car - everybody smiled and waved as we passed by.  This is the start of the future for urban driving.
