Autumnal colour

It might be October,  but the town flowerbeds are still looking good. As I have mentioned probably many times before, the council gardeners always deserve credit for their hard work. I like our council.

Talking of plants, the results of the Britain in Bloom contest 2022 will be released soon, fingers crossed that North Berwick, further up the coast does well in the coastal towns category. There is however, strong opposition from Herm and St. Helier in the Channel Islands, Sandown in the Isle of Wight, and Sidmouth in Devon.
