Elephant antics

I had a wonderful birthday today at the Addo Elephant National Park, my happy place.
The were few animals around early this morning, but later we saw my favorites - the elephants.
 I loved these ellies playing around in this mud pool. Water is scarce in Addo and some of the waterholes were dry.
The extras are of  Spoonbills, more elephants, and a Kudu bull.
I have spent much time this evening chatting to my kids - how I miss them on special days.
