Filling In !

Last Autumn we decided that there was too much work in the garden & set about removing shrubs & flowers from the beds.

Yesterday Carol went & bought some turf & we laid it today. My good woman did the most as it involved crawling about on the ground & if I get down there I can't get back up very easily !

Anyhow between us we've done a good job even if I say so myself. We just need it to rain now !

It was drizzly this morning but cleared up in the afternoon. It is sunny now but there is a strong wind and it is chilly in the shade.
