School Knott Tarn, Windermere. Number 5 completed on my list of two hundred and something and the first time I’ve been there. I got a glimpse of Heathwaite Tarn too but decided to leave that for an approach from the other side.

The morning started dull. I was slow to get going. The biggest achievement is having created a new home for my cameras and lenses. I did have to go into the loft for some bubble wrap to line the bottom of the drawer. That takes me one step closer to turning the spare bedroom back into a bedroom.
