Bravo!

What a delight to have a female work person arriving to install wooden louvred blinds to my garden door. She was small and feminine but super efficient in building the framework to fit the space and putting everything together with no demands for tea or conversation and no builder’s bum to distract the eye when she bent to cut the wood to size.

While she measured and sawed, I turned a heel on a sock while listening to Classic FM . Now with everything tidied up, I am about to venture forth for the first TGIF drink with neighbours for weeks.
