An early autumn walk in the park

We got out for a walk an hour or so before lunchtime. The earlier part of the day consisted of a HIIT session, administration and research. Where does all this stuff come from?

This afternoon, eventually, we spent a few hours on our garden, mowing the grass and removing the dead Virginia Creeper that expired, for no reason that we can see over the winter. If previous years are anything to go by it would be looking spectacular at the moment.

Time seems to be flashing by at ever increasing speed. Stop! I want to get off.
