Quince from work

A very satisfying job at work today was harvesting quince from an old tree we have in the garden.

My allotment neighbour has one growing near the path but he's never had big fruit like the ones we harvested today. 

Obviously we got to take the best fruit home to reward our efforts, and I made hazelnut and quince crumble as everyone seems to only know jelly and membrillo as recipes but I fancied something a little bit different!
