Carn Brea castle

Packed and away from our hideaway by 9.30 a.m., we headed to St Euny church cemetery in Redruth.  Grandpa’s plot looks so sad with no headstone;  such a comparison with the elaborate one of his parents.

Lunch sitting outside in sunny Bude before heading to Woolacombe.  Shopping done and we are now in an apartment, where we’ve enjoyed sitting on one of the balconies enjoying a cup of tea in the late afternoon warmth.

I’ve only taken a couple of pictures today, one of Carn Brea castle from the churchyard and another looking across towards Baggy Point from our new base.
