Sew-wot

Met up with a group of friends that I’ve known since we studied stitched textile together many many years ago. We haven’t all got together for 3 years so it was lovely to finally meet up today at RHS Wisley. We we due to meet at 11 but travel chaos meant delays for some so we didn’t actually get to enter the gardens until about 1 - we had to wait for everyone to arrive as we were using the group ticket offer which meant 5 people could get in for the price of 1. Never mind, we had plenty time to catch up over coffee while we were waiting, but I did feel sorry for poor Ewa who’s got stuck on the M25 for ages.

Anyway, once inside we wandered around a few parts of the garden, enjoying the glorious warm weather today. Lovely to meet up but quite exhausting - some members of the group are quite talkative!
