The Problem With Dogs
Jak is very lively. He wants to play constantly. That causes a problem when you want to do a pet portrait.
I have a solution though. First I throw his beloved toy for him, over and over and over again. Then I pause and hold the toy just out of sight of the camera and at the level I want him to look. It works, every time.
However there is a caveat. This only works for a short time, otherwise you end up with a very weird, cross-eyed dog (see extra). He's just so adorable.
