Stanstead airport

Which must be the ugliest airport in the UK. It was however extremely efficient and I was ensconced in the Holiday Inn Express very quickly. I will have plenty of opportunity to explore both tomorrow since my flight to Santander is not until the late afternoon. 
My destination is Cordovilla de Aguilar in the Cantabrian hills where I hope to spot Iberian wolves, and perhaps a brown bear or two, courtesy of Naturetrek.
I’m not sure what the connectivity will be like so I may need to do some catch up posts.
