Golden

The weather was as good as forecast this morning so, despite getting up late, I gave Django a walk around the Estate. The autumn colours are starting to mature, and I took a couple of "classic" views (see extras) but I liked this one of Django chasing his ball down the lime walk, almost perfectly aligned with the sun. On the horizon is the Ramsay Obelisk.

On my way home, in the centre of Penicuik I bumped into Turfer Finreir, and we had a good chat. So I was rather late starting work. However, I'd worked yesterday, so no-one could feel cheated!

I was supposed to be going into work for a board games evening with the students, but I was so engrossed in programming, that I never made it.
