Veg curry
I spent the morning in bed as I felt poorly . But after sleeping for 12 hours I perked up again.
We made a delicious veg curry this afternoon, we ate it with rice , pickles , mango chutney and popadoms. We used our home grown onions , chilli pepper, leeks , potatoes, beans , courgettes and tomatoes in the curry.
In the evening I taught an intermediate yoga class , there was a good turn out 15 in the class .
