Rich colours

Thought the sunlight caught these flowers so well.
Had my annual asthma check today.  The nurse is new to the surgery and she complained that she is not given enough time for her appointments and that is the reason she left her previous job.  She could talk for England and I felt like telling her if she cut out so much chat between the necessary questions, she wouldn't need so much time!
The ladies enjoyed carrot, orange and ginger soup and for old times sake we had Arctic Roll to follow, took us back to when our children were young.
