Scoundrals On a Villa.....

Yesterday, on my way back from the grocery store I saw these shady looking scoundrels hanging around.   They looked like they were looking for trouble so I got a picture in case I needed proof if there was an issue.
  Then I proceeded to go home, make dinner, put away my groceries, and forgot to post my Blip.
