A Work In Progress......

I was going out to a meeting tonight.  I went a different direction a and went way looking for a photo.  I had taken a picture of this display, from a different direction before.  The residents were out adding more characters to the display.  I was given permission to get a picture and invited to come back when it was finished.   
I offer this photo for todays Blip.
