Dahlias in a Canning Jar

Today we drove by a little farmhouse with jars of dahlias sitting out front.  It was an honor system, putting your ten dollars in the box and choosing your bouquet. I could’ve bought the whole table of dahlias, but ten dollars was the only cash I had! 
Grateful for…Indian summer. With the first frost, these flowers will be gone!
