The morning here is very dull indeed and 10c.
I have been for a walk and then fed the wild birds who are like an extended family. St. Francis realised this as well. All life is a part of the Creator's outpouring of Divine Creative Energy and Love.
I am at home doing our housework because the better option is not to get ill from wandering in the cold.
At least indoors we have a sherpa blanket I recently bought online from Mountain Warehouse, a superb retailer and have merciful sales. Being a pensioner is a life experience and means be prayerful and not extravagant, if you can accept that as a helpful idea.
