Pretty in Pink

A dismal day so I did inside projects. These African violets started blooming a couple of days ago and added some much needed color!
Several more inches of snow have disappeared, and we are still gaining 5-6 minutes of daylight every day. Since last Friday we have gained about 45 minutes.
Because of the position of the sun, it kind of goes around instead of overhead, so there is daylight long before sunrise and long after sunset. It's now light from about 5 a.m. to after 11 p.m.
