Warhol Soup

Blood test this morning, got to the surgery and remembered l’d not brought the pouch and labels sent from the hospital so had to run back home to get it, had a very understanding nurse.

No local ballet today as my teacher has just had her hip replaced.
Some of us went to see her and have coffee this morning.
Of course she is doing fantastic, just as l expected she would, she is so fit and strong.
One of our group had made an almond and apple cake so l had a sliver, lovely and moist.

Turned down a lift home as l wanted to get my steps in and go to the supermarket in Ilkley to get my abstract blip .
Back home and actually having some soup ( mushroom) as l processed the four images with a nod to Andy Warhol.
