Coffee with friends in the morning to discuss a couple of up and coming events.
Home for a sandwich with Mrs S and an hour or so with my book, I’ve come late to the Ken Follett Kingsbridge series, having read the first of the trilogy I’m a third of the way into the second book.

In the evening we had the Veterans Health Roadshow joining with Epic for a row out to see what each can offer the other. Park of the evening included the handover of the Help For Heroes gig, H4H Valiant, to Epic.
Wet through when I finished, a hot shower followed by lamb stew from the slow cooker did the job.
