Coaching

This morning Cindy and I both coached one half of this crew’s training as part of our rowing instructor/coach course. We both had to provide a lesson preparation, coach the crew and observe each other.
As you can see… quite wet to row/coach but we all (coaches and rowers) really enjoyed the morning. The photo is of Cindy explaining the next exercise.
