Instructors’ course

Today I had day 2 of the rowing instructors’ course. This time we were in Terneuzen. After a morning of theory we went to the rowing club there to coach 3 crews and observe / provide feedback to the rowers and each other.
An intensive day, but really enjoyable! The photo is of my coach partner of the day.
