Nibon

A windy day, with a sunny morning.  Wasn't long before the showers started, and they were heavy throughout the afternoon, and this evening.  Cold!

Another day off, and up early again.  After sorting house chores, I met friend Julie for walkies around Scalloway.  We then headed into Lerwick to met mam for lunch at the Olive Tree.  More walkies in the afternoon.  A quiet evening at home, mam and dad popped by for a cuppa.  An early night tonight. 

Walkies this afternoon were kept short and sweet, the showers made sure if that, although driving home and the sun made an appearance again, typical.  We made a brief walk along the road and beach here, and avoided a soaking.  A nice view, and a peaceful place, but I bet it gets wild on a stormy day from the west.  Taken at Nibon, Northmavine.
