Tees Barrage International event

Awoke to an early alarm, and drove over to Stockton on Tees to photograph the League 1 and Premier league canoe slalom event. It's only held there once a year, and setting off from Keswick in heavy rain, I was in two minds whether or not to go.

The weather at Stockton was dry, sunny, but pretty windy. I managed to take over 1500 photos through the day, and driving home through torrential rain made it a tough day.

The main photo shows Zoe Blythe-Shields - a member of the GB Junior team, battling through the white water.
