Plastered

We have reached another milestone in the building work on the back of the house. All the plastering over the damp proof membrane has been completed in the bedroom, corrindor (named after our former lodger Corrin), and guest bathroom. This shot of the bedroom is a companion for my blips of 14th October and 11th October. A lot has been achieved in a week.

I have mainly been occupied with work today. I blipped a couple of photographs from Ingeborg for the LornaLPodcast journal, then devoted the rest of the day to writing feedback on the discussion chapter of Rachel's PhD.

I also made the Monday morning trek round to the supermakets with our shopping trolley, and ran at lunchtime.

Exercise today: 5k run; walking (12,006 steps including run).
