Local treasures

Incredible street art in New Brighton. This is my favourite out of many impressive pieces. In extras are a few old ads, a pic of the Mersey ferry back in the days of steam, a ship passing near to where my sister lives, with Liverpool 'across the water', and finally a quick snap of Everton's new football stadium work-in-progress.

Nice day catching up with my family here, and putting the world to rights in light of ongoing political chaos, with a few drinks and an excellent view of the lights of Liverpool across the Mersey. (My iPhone doesn't support night shots across a couple of miles of river but I absorbed it all into my mind's eye!)
