On her way

I was working today so she spent a fair bit of the day at home, doing practice and having some chilled out time. Lego, some tidying up, some telly. After the high school finished, she went to meet a friend at her house for a couple of hours and she messaged me to show me she was on her way!

In other news, we heard today Katie has a place in the National Children's Orchestras Main Orchestra for 2023. She's a year young for it and they don't often invite early to Mains because it's their flagship, special experience, orchestra, but they have and she's delighted. They've also said she'll still be eligible for her in-age year in 2024. She started her NCO journey as a 7year old clarinetist. It's hard to believe she's now in Mains.
