Posed Perfection

Our Fungi walk today was excellent! It was a bit cold and gusty, but the number of fungi we found more than compensated for that. As walk leader, I didn’t have much time for photography, but a few specimens were too tempting to ignore . This Fly Agaric had been  found by someone before we were there, and had been posed in front of a tree, making it impossible to miss even from a distance. It seems to be a good year for them. In extras is a Porcelain fungus and an Earthfan.
