Autumn Gold

My poor Mum was still very tired this morning following her Covid booster yesterday and spent most of the day dozing in her chair. At least I've been able to look after her and  to make numerous cups of tea.
This morning I was very relieved when  a District Nurse appeared and cleaned and dressed her leg wound properly. She said it wasn't infected which was a blessing. 
My Mum went to bed early and I hope she will be OK tomorrow.  I feel sorry to have put her through the ordeal of the vaccination but she and I keep reminding each other that having a severe Covid infection would be far worse.
This lovely Chrysanthemum was blooming in her garden today.
