Icelandic horse

I rode an Icelandic horse for the first time this weekend, it was very nice and the special gait they have make it a much more relaxing experience. I was a bit tense at first when I heard my horse was called 'Stormur', but fortunately he was not stormy at all, and we got on well together. One of the ewes on the farm gave birth to twins the day before we arrived, they were adorable. It was a very enjoyable weekend, I was reluctant to go back to Reykjavik today
