Saltburn Pier

After chilling out in 'Tree Tops' all morning we met Mum off the train at Saltburn station. Saltburn-By-The-Sea is not very big so we saved the exploration until Mum was with us. It was a very windy afternoon. We got the funicular railway down to the shore and walked along the empty pier. It was even windier at the end! Back to Tree Tops for a cup of tea then out again for dinner in the Seaview Restaurant which featured on the BBC programme Remarkable Places To Eat. Mum had the crab brioche roll recommended by Nadiya. Dad had the biggest portion of moules frites ever seen!
