The Thief

I had thrown a couple of old apples out for the blackbirds, this was on the lawn.

I spotted the squirrel taking it but, having grabbed the camera, had to take the photo through two layers of double glazing. Unfortunately I couldn't avoid the inside reflection on the sunroom glass and, though I can usually improve the image, not so today. However I will post an improvement if a junior Flum is able to help.

Anyway, the apple in question is now somewhere further down the garden, buried in the leaves beneath the beech tree, or out in the wide blue yonder..
