Old Bridges

If only old bridges could talk. This old bridge surely would have stories to tell. Of pioneers and miners, buggies and horses, immigrants and diplomats. Those who built the bridge opened the way for those who followed. With the dream of golden state before them, they began their ascent into the majestic but harsh terrain of the Sierra Nevada mountains. Though this bridge may not have seen the first, surely it has seen most on the Nevada-California border.
