Autumn Glory

Whether with golden aspen or red maple, or a hundred other trees and bushes, the foothills of Colorado Springs are ablaze with the glory of autumn. I’m grateful for the heavy spring rains and warm fall weather that’s produced brilliant colors this year, accentuating our state’s name, which has its origin in the Spanish language, as the word for "colored red." Indeed. Colorful Colorado!❣️
