The Sutton Hoo Helmet - just one of four complete helmets to survive from Anglo-Saxon England.
This has been reconstructed from the shattered condition in which it was found as part of the ship burial discovered at Sutton Hoo, Suffolk, England, and is now displayed at the British Museum
Today we walked thousands of steps around London visiting places like the Covid memorial by River Thames, Covent garden, St Paul’s Church,
James Smith Umbrella shop in Bloomsbury, British Museum to see the Rosetta Stone, Chessmen, Sutton Hoo objects, the Egyptian collection and while at the museum we stumbled across a performance and opera singer near the main entrance, Carnaby Street, Liberty store in Soho, Golden Square (garden), Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square and of course London Eye and Big Ben without any scaffolding.
