A day too late ...

... for Silly Saturday. 

But fun nonetheless.

We took advantage of this wonderful weather today and headed to the Lehigh Valley Zoo.  Which wasn't as easy as it usually is due to the same traffic problems we ran into yesterday.   It's Boo at that Zoo for the next couple of weekends and we always enjoy going to see all the little dressed up kiddies!  And the animals, of course!  My two favorite costumes were the little policeman and the Stay Puft Marshmallow boy. Note that he is appropriately carrying cheese puffs!  The little Minnie Mouse did eventually smile a couple of shots later but I liked this one of her and parents best.  

After leaving the zoo we toured some of the farms that are open today in Lehigh County.  This Open Gate Farm Tour is presented by Penn State Extension and we try to get to several of the farms each year.  It's always so interesting.

On the way home we stopped at Costco for a few things before heading home of the day.  I was exhausted by the time we got home and spent the night relaxing in front of the boob-tube.  (Can you say that here?!?)
